Going forward, I am especially interested in opportunities in which I can exercise my leadership skills and technical expertise. I enjoy supporting coworkers and teams to overcome obstacles to success through direct and empathetic communication, organized processes, and an analytical mindset–in roles such as a Provisioning Manager, Senior Solutions Engineer, or any role in which I can accelerate problem solving while fostering a team culture of high engagement, cooperation, and continuous learning.Empathy and kindness go a long way. I lead with empathy and compassion because it is the Golden Rule. How would this feel to me if I was in the same positions? Having “adult” conversations is my constant aim, listening deeply and fostering a no-drama-zone. Coworkers and team members say I am "…easy going, easy to talk to, and understanding," and I'm not afraid of having difficult conversations when needed.Completing my degree was a big deal for me and my family as I am a 1st-generation college grad, and I did so with a 3.7 GPA. I experienced a middle class upbringing that instilled a strong work ethic in me. My older sister, a Peace Corp volunteer, impressed on me two values, "Be nice. Be kind." I helped Act-On go from start-up to a player in the automated marketing sphere. I built out the tech support team. I held the roles of provisioning manager, making certain customers were set up correctly and satisfied, collaborating with coworkers from different territory and awarded Act-On Tech-Support. I was awarded Employee of the Quarter, and was promoted to Senior Solutions Engineer. I have thrived in standing corporations as well as start-up environments. At the onset of Act-On and in my tenure at Veicon where I worked with the founders and two other employees. That was my first job after I completed my degree. I was hired to support software systems on the internet devices, and I integrated Salesforce with Act-On resourcesI am an amateur skateboarder and basketball player. Actually an outright basketball fan-atic of The Blazers. I have three dogs (bull terriers). They had three litters. I built a website for them as a way to home them out. So now I have older doggies, love to hang out, and my partner and I are enduring a major home remodel of a 1930s bungalow adjacent to the heart of Portland, Oregon.
