In spring of 2019 graduated from the BYU MBA program and started a new job as a Data Strategy Analyst at OC Tanner. This new role has helped me to rapidly grow my data analysis and data modeling skills while helping me to strengthen my skills in strategy, presentation, communication, teamwork and process improvement. Job Project Descriptions:I implemented a lockbox payment processing system that helped our payment processing group to be able to process 10 times the amount of payments. I have worked with 4 Product Managers to build dashboards that help them manage their product and develop a strategy for the products moving forward.I built a Tableau dashboard for the Executive Team that showed progress on company wide goals for the year and was presented in a company wide meeting. I worked with another department in the organization to get a live connection to their data and move from a static Excel sheet to a dynamic Tableau dashboard. What I Offer:Management/Training: I have 11+ years of management and leadership experience with different size teams and in different settings. I excel at learning new processes and training my team on how to implement and use them. Accounting Skills: For the past 7 years I have worked on an accounting team where I have worked in every part of our accounting cycle including: A/R, A/P, treasury management, inventory management, reviewing financial statements for 10 companies and presenting the financial statements to the COO Monthly. This position has helped me develop my job skills such as attention to detail, time management, productivity, process improvement and leadership. Strategy: I work with Product Managers and IT leadership to track usage of products so we can see how new features are being used and help decide which features should be added going forward. Hard Worker: I regularly work extra hours to ensure that projects are completed on time. Ideally suited for a management position in an analytics department. Ideally suited for employee training or customer onboarding/training.Ideally suited for process or employee productivity improvement training within an organization.
