Directed a team of highly skilled electrical and mechanical Repair Technicians and Service Center personnel across two sites. Implemented standard repair flows to our Dental Dealer Networks; created SOPs and standard work for Repair Technicians; instituted daily management and visual management. Designed and executed a repair center module within SAP to track complaints, document results, capture labor time, and maintain inventory accuracy.Procured and managed the Dental Imaging Service Parts business. Implemented kanban; negotiated PPV savings with suppliers in the service value streams; sourced new suppliers; approved new suppliers through supplier qualification and PPAP; directed quality improvements to decrease non-conforming rejections; and transferred materials and contracts from a manufacturing site transition.

Led and facilitated multiple kaizen events with focus on lean manufacturing, transactional processes, and supply chain improvements. Developed kaizen roadmaps to drive improvement and ownership in underperforming operating companies; managed an electronic kanban system across five independent Danaher Operating Companies; implemented Root Cause Analysis and Counter Measures for business objectives.
