The Principal of Client Success serves as a key partner for Sift clients, assisting them from implementation of our tools through post-live support and optimization of processes to help them minimize denial postings while maximizing denial recoveries.Leveraging my prior work experience in the EMR vendor and Provider space, my goal is to develop strong relationships with my client counterparts across all levels of their organization - from team leads to VPs of Rev Cycle.

· The Director of Hospital Revenue Integrity oversees processes and functions designed to ensure that charges for all hospital services are being appropriately captured in the organization's billing systems· Develops strategic planning initiatives, drives the implementation of plans, and oversees daily workflows for related to charge and revenue integrity· Responsible for leading the Hospital Billing Revenue Integrity team including ED Charge Capture, CCI/EAP, Nurse Auditor and CDM analysts as well as the Business Partner team who works closely with clinical department leaders on revenue cycle related projects/issues· Monitors middle revenue cycle charging and billing edit metrics and collaborates with other Revenue Cycle leaders to remediate and address issues that are identified· Provides feedback and goal setting to staff reporting up through this position and promotes adherence to ICARE values· Partners with VP of Revenue Cycle, Revenue Cycle Leaders and Hospital/Clinic Leaders to optimize revenue capture and maximize reimbursement for services rendered at hospital

Remediates gaps where necessary· Collaborates with other Revenue Cycle Leaders on relevant activities and ensures interdependencies between specific area of functional oversight and other areas within Revenue Cycle have appropriate hand-offs. As Boost Services I am contracted through Epic to its various customers to work as a fully embedded analyst/consultant and assist them with their implementations and ongoing maintenance. My prior experience working on the Hospital Billing Implementation team at Epic provides me with a strong background in both project management as well as the technical details of the Epic Hospital Billing application. In addition to my background in hospital billing, I also carry over experience as a two-time Access Revenue Cycle Readiness (ARCR) lead that allows me to help manage and mitigate integrated revenue cycle projects/issues.

Epic is an industry leader in the Healthcare Industry that specializes in Electronic Medical Records. As a Project Manager, I assisted our customers through the implementation process to ensure successful validation, build, testing, and installation of our software in their hospitals. In addition, I engage Hospital Revenue Cycle Leadership to ensure go-live readiness and successful transitions to Epic.

As a Hospital Billing Team Lead I managed a team of three Hospital Billing Implementation Services staff. This involved working with my team to ensure that they completed their training and ongoing learning requirements, obtaining feedback on their performance, providing formal performance reviews, and holding regular meetings with them to monitor staff happiness and help facilitate their career growth. As part of the arrangement that allowed me to move to Milwaukee and still work remotely at Epic, I gave up my role as Team Lead.
