The Marketing Communications Manager role consists of creating and disseminating content to communicate the company mission, vision and messaging to the market. There are two main functions of this communication that play a key role in defining the job function. 1. Video: The Marketing Communications Manager develops all Saris, CycleOps, PowerTap and Bike Fixation videos from concept to the final product. Ryan is responsible for scheduling talent, setting up and tearing down the video set, scouting locations, shooting the video, developing motion graphics and is responsible for the final edit. From beginning to end, Ryan executes the Saris video strategy. 2. Public Relations: In order to disseminate the created content, the Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for maintaining current press/media relationship as well as identify new press partners to reach specific target audiences.
