• Recruit, interview, and assist in the hiring process of new employees
• Communicate with hospital staff and administration on daily basis to discuss goals, priorities, and concerns for the day
• Spokesperson for Baptist Health Lexington in dealing with Joint Commission for endoscopy related questions and concerns

Lexington, Kentucky Area

• Provide case coverage in numerous specialties to assist surgeons and staff as a consultant
• Conduct meetings with both my team and hospital staff on a regular basis to ensure effective communication
• Educate and in-service surgeons and staff on Stryker product line
• Assist operating room staff in the use of Stryker equipment
• Work closely with hospital staff to identify places for new products
• Manage 4 other people to meet needs of the account’s surgeons and staff
