I have worked at my current role for almost 5 years now. I have worked my way up from an under 18 staff member to a candidate for bar shift manager. I then became cross trained and transferred to full time kitchen staff, being promoted to shift leader within 10 months. To summarize my current role, I aid higher management in reaching targets, leading the team and creating new ways to break barriers we face to achieve higher profits and business growth. I have an abundance of customer experience and communication skills. I am very confident and comfortable around strangers. managing teams comes naturally after so long and I am confident to take point when needed. I have taken part in many courses to develop my knowledge such as business management, mental health awareness and security management.I am proud of the fact that I was a member of the the high academic student program whilst in school and completed the program to receive my certificate.
