Key tasks include:Design - Providing technical designs that are achievable in often austere environments, that conform to both UK and local standards.Change Management - Providing a robust change management process for construction forces, to ensure any change is controlled and actioned promptly.Quality Assurance – Ensuring completed works are executed to the design specification, typically conducted forward based within austere environments.
