My name is Ryan Blank and I am currently a Sports Reports/Sports Week Night Anchor for KX News in Bismarck, North Dakota. I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications. I have worked in journalism since my junior year of high school. During my junior and senior years at Blue Valley Northwest High School, I was the sports reporter for the broadcast program, Husky Headlines. My main roles were videoing and creating highlights from sports events at the school, such as football, basketball, and baseball games. During my senior year, I also wrote an opinion blog for the newspaper staff, BVNW News. During my time at ASU, I covered Sun Devil football, basketball, softball, baseball, and wrestling. I have worked as a photographer, videographer, and writer when covering ASU sports. I also host three radio shows for the student radio station, Blaze Radio, along with play-by-play broadcasting for the station.Outside of Arizona State's journalism school, I am a videographer for Sun Devil Athletics. I also work with Varsity Sports Show as a play-by-play broadcaster and am the voice of the St. Joe Mustangs.Feel free to check out any of my work in the publications sections.
