As the CEO at Visiox Pharmaceuticals, I led the close of a transformative M&A deal that positions Ocuvex Therapeutics as an emerging leader in the eye care sector with an expansive portfolio of near-term ophthalmic medicines post-merger. This deal includes Omlonti®, a product I secured through an in-licensing agreement in 2023. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, I led the complex and multi-disciplinary oversight of the IPO process and reverse merger process which included the due diligence, drafting, and filing of the S-1 and S-4 documentation with the SEC. My CEO experience included navigating the intricacies with raising capital while putting Visiox on the map and building a right-sized, blended team of internal and fractional support. Driving my strategic decision-making was the focus to achieve key value inflection points to enhance shareholder value.As the VP of Sales at RVL, I was responsible for leading the eyecare franchise with a span of control exceeding 130 employees and generating over $11.5M in sales. I developed and oversaw the execution of the strategic plan for the U.S. direct purchase and the virtual purchase programs for Upneeq® Prior, I was the National Sales Director at Sun Pharma responsible for the successful launches of CEQUA® and XELPROS®. I pride myself on the deep relationships in ophthalmology and optometry that I have developed with physicians and industry colleagues, which has been the foundation for my successful career in launching more than 12 products in the eyecare space.
