The Application Support Specialist will have primary responsibility for providing exemplary service to QPID customers needing assistance using QPID applications. This responsibility also includes ongoing data collection and reporting of Customer Care metrics. The Application Support Specialist will also participate in implementation and account management activities for a define set of clients.
