Beauty - Fragrance, Skincare, Beauty AccessoriesMarket group management:• Range Management - to ensure that product is in the right stores, maximising the commercial opportunities for the product.• Stock Management - Ensure that category stock holding is in line with budget and forecast and manage intake and open to buy accordingly. Weekly sales stock and intake plan• Ownership of the range review process ensuring the critical path is adhered to at all times in collaboration with other relevant departments and external suppliers.• Managing discontinuation process• Sign off of all range reviews ensuring clear deliverables and KPI's are set and measured• Team management - Manage 2 merchandisers and 2 visual planners on a day to day basis as well as ensuring objectives are set and reviewed for long term personal development and job satisfaction
