In the past, I have worked with our respected Judges and Children and Youth to enhance their success in serving our community. Some of these projects include juvenile fingerprinting orders. In the past, I worked in close connection with Children and Youth to set up video visitation for their families. This has enabled me to form great communication with various groups of people. My experience as a Lieutenant provided me with the skills needed to be a fair and effective leader. I have had to correct, reprimand, and praise staff when needed in my supervisory role. Also, I have completed the documentation required for staff such as evaluations, reprimands, and attendance. As a supervisor, I was responsible for managing the movement of inmates and the attendance and performance of staff. I was able to do this successfully for nine years
