My current professional pursuits include veterinary surgery and emergency medicine.One of my long-term goals is to continuously adapt and seek new ways to reduce the ever-growing cost of medical care. I believe this can be accomplished while at the same time promoting the advancement of new therapies and more efficient methods of clinical decision making.I stand strongly behind the idea that relationships between people and animals, be they working or companion, enrich us in our daily lives. My goal is to preserve those bonds in my community. Public education seminars and therapeutic animal volunteer work help me to realize this goal.
