With nearly two decades of experience in sales, technology, and advertising, I have built a career marked by strategic growth, innovation, and impactful contributions. My journey began at the University of Texas, where I graduated in 2004 with a BS in Corporate Communications and a Minor in Business Administration.For the past six years, I have been at True Impact Media, a pioneering platform for out-of-home media buying. As the first salesperson at True Impact, I achieved over 300% YOY growth from 2018 to 2022. I secured over $20MM in OOH media bookings and generated more than $2.5MM in company revenue. I built True Impact’s sales processes and enablement systems, including all sales and marketing tools. My efforts led to a significant increase in inbound leads and sales conversions, securing over 6,800 leads and 260 clients.I constantly adapted to the latest sales tools and technologies, using Apollo and Aomni for prospecting, SEO and Adwords for inbound leads, and a CRM system with Pipedrive linked via Zapier. Managing a $40K monthly marketing budget, I averaged 90 leads a month at a 6.06% conversion rate, with a $138 CPA and a 212% ROAS. I also recruited and managed a sales team that contributed over $40MM in bookings and $7MM in revenue over four years.Before True Impact Media, I was VP of Sales at Service Direct, growing the client base from 70 to over 500 and increasing revenue by 700%. I built sales enablement systems, developed proprietary call tracking software, and created the company’s sales strategy. I also served as the primary speaking ambassador, making keynote appearances and participating in lectures and panel discussions in partnership with Google.My earlier roles include working at Bloomfire, where I closed the first 70 paying clients within the first year, and at Lifesize Communications, where I managed sales support for over 60 reseller accounts and led numerous virtual demos.I hold multiple Google Adwords certifications and am Bing Adwords certified. I am skilled in CRM, prospecting, and enablement tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
