February 14th, 2007 was the day the doors opened at our shoe store and much to the shock of our new customers, we listened to YOU and took the time and effort to take proper measurements.This first idea of service and selection (especially for those "hard-to-fit" cases!) is what has carried Shoe Solutions through the past 14 years and why it remains an outstanding store today! Those first couple years weren't easy. Struggling through the problems that will always face a new business is no easy feat, especially while trying to forge ahead in a time honored philosophy of service and quality above all else.Shoe Solutions continues to be the place where you can come in, sit down, SHARE your concerns, and have yourself fitted into quality, properly fitted shoes, regardless of your age! We continue to strive ahead, growing and learning, but always keeping service and quality above everything. We listen carefully to your goals and interests, take into consideration any aches and pains, and evaluate your experience with your current footwear. We then measure your feet (with a brannock and/or the iStep), assess your foot type and watch your gait cycle. Using all of this information, we utilize our training and experience to make individualized footwear recommendations.Because we truly value the wellbeing and health of each person, we assess, educate and serve people according to their individual needs, using state of the art technology, quality products and world-class customer service.
