I've been navigating the IT landscape for over 20 years, dedicating most of my career to enterprise operations with a strong focus on networking (route/switch) and leading from the trenches. Throughout my career, I've managed diverse network environments and teams in sectors, including service providers, government security, healthcare, and financial services. This experience has given me a strong understanding of what's essential for a successful customer solution. Over the past eight years, I've shifted my focus towards software development and DevOps, driven by my passion for enhancing how we manage infrastructure and applications. I've devoted much of this time to building and managing a cloud-based hands-on training platform, Apstra CloudLabs while engaging in various automation and orchestration projects to help customers learn and grow their DevOps skills.More recently, I have focused my energy on learning Machine Learning and AI technologies from the ground up. My focus has been on how the technology works and is built alongside how to integrate this technology into our day-to-day lives. Technology is Ryan's passion, and he always loves good technical discussions. He enjoys sharing knowledge just as much as learning. We all grow working together.
