• Oversaw a team of 20+ employees on the campuses of NSM's collegiate partners to ensure proper fulfillment and execution of corporate sponsorships at the company’s 42 institutional partners. Tasks included the senior-level management of on-site sponsor activation, execution of promotional programs, web and digital promotions, creation of radio broadcasts, development of game day publications, production and installation of sponsor signage, etc.• Established and built strategic relationships with vendors in the radio, print, digital and signage fields to develop new revenue opportunities for the company while reducing company costs.• Developed a portfolio of case studies and best practices of impactful sponsor activations and promotional programs executed by the company that was utilized by the sales teams on the various partner campuses.• Led training of all company employees on the marketing/sponsor fulfillment and activation side of the business including inventory tracking, budgeting, sponsor/client interaction, sponsor fulfillment and activation.• Acted as a main point of contact for perspective new university partners. Responsibilities included information gathering, opportunity valuation, financial analysis, contract review and negotiation and other related due diligence duties. Worked with NSM's CFO in the development of financial models and pro-forma's for internal evaluation as well as external presentations to prospective university partners• Managed and oversaw new collegiate partner's transition process to the NSM business model for sponsorship sales. Responsibilities included developing sales collateral materials, developing annual expense budgets, review of existing/inheriting sponsor and media agreements, writing press releases and updating company collateral materials (website, Facebook, twitter, etc).

• Worked directly with company’s Senior Vice Presidents on new business development specifically related to new collegiate partnerships. Tasks included researching potential university targets, information gathering, financial analysis, marketing and financial proposal development, contract review and negotiation, writing of press releases and other collateral materials, etc. • Managed all aspects of company’s involvement in government issued RFP’s, RFI’s and ITN’s including requesting and providing detailed business and financial information. Based on information gathered during process, developed strategic marketing and financial proposals with the goal to successfully have company awarded the RFP, RFI and ITN. • Developed new tracking system specifically relating to new business development opportunities to help organize and track new business progress throughout the company.

• Coordinated and managed all aspects of fulfillment and activation for The BIG EAST Conference Corporate Sponsorship Program and Providence College Athletics Corporate Sponsorship Program, as well as numerous events at Madison Square Garden including radio, in-game promotions, design of promotional items, tickets and hospitality, acting as a direct liaison between the key corporate marketing contacts, their advertising and promotional agencies and the senior staff of both The BIG EAST Conference and Providence College.• Coordinating producer of the BIG EAST Basketball Radio Show broadcast on 1050 ESPN Radio/710 WOR in New York, 1260 ESPN Radio in Syracuse, 1250 ESPN Radio in Pittsburgh, WTIC 1080 in Hartford and WTEM 980 in Washington, D.C. Tasks include scheduling guests, coordinating show topics with the host, creation of radio logs and collecting commercial spots and features.• Created, prepared, and executed all hospitality events (for up to 300 people), including golf outings and game-day hospitality functions.• Managed the production of radio game broadcasts for the company’s collegiate sports properties. Tasks included coordinating engineers to be present at the various home and away basketball/football games, ordering of phone/ISDN lines for football/basketball away games and special tournaments, acquiring radio rights to broadcast post-season basketball games.• Managed the company’s printing and publishing projects including the Pre and Post-Season NIT souvenir game programs, the Jimmy V souvenir game program and the BIG EAST Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championship souvenir game programs. Tasks included determining page lay-out, working with the publishing company as well as staff from the specific event to collect editorial features as well as the advertisements, coordinate the shipping of the programs and setting up vending contracts with vendors from the event sites.
