I manage Wajax Equipment accounts for East Edmonton and area and I am responsible for creating customized preventative maintenance packages for all makes of material handling equipment (forklifts, man-lifts, sweeper/scrubbers, etc.). Packages are available for any size of fleet and PM programs range from basic to Wajax-managed plans to best suit our clients’ needs. I coordinate specialized operator training and OH&S compliant training for most types of material handling mobile equipment, which is available at our branch location or onsite. I can also offer electric fleet solutions and battery/charger sales, provide recommendations on the correct power needs for our customers fleets and provide maintenance packages to ensure the optimization of battery and charger use. In addition, I prepare tire sales and management, supply economical choices and customize management programs for customers’ rubber and poly tire needs. Through our programs we help in proper tire selection which can reduce costs and decrease costly down time. I assist clients with everything travel related. Booking flights, hotels, tours, insurance, cruises, train passes, customizing their holiday, group travel etc. I help them with travel questions and advice on things such as around the world trips, currency, working abroad, etc. I also am in charge of marketing myself and company to increase the flow of clients to our shop, through travel talks, co-op partnerships with like minded business, etc.

I am responsible for filling orders requested by the drivers who deliver to shops across the city. I am also required to oversee the efficient and accurate loading of orders as well.

I was responsible for inventory control, refilling stock throughout the warehouse and showroom.

I was responsible for managing my team as well as supervising other areas of the store. I was in charge of placing orders, inventory control and sales. The lay out of displays and product placement to increase flow.
