I have been playing for Worcester Warriors for 6 years, joining in 2014. When I first joined Worcester Warriors, the team had just been relegated into the championship the previous season. As a team we were looking to regain promotion into the premiership. Throughout my first season at the club, I had the most 1st team appearances, playing a total of 31 out of 32 games. I played during the final game of the season, which was the championship decider against Bristol, we won the game by 1 point with the last kick of the game and secured our promotion back into the premiership, we also won the British and Irish cup that year. During my time at Worcester I have had the opportunity to captain the team in a number of European fixtures as well as Development games for the club. I’ve also made the most appearances for the club in two separate seasons, both seasons playing 31 out of 32 possible fixtures. This last year, while playing my sixth year for the club, I obtained my 100th appearance and now have a total of 106 games played for Worcester Warriors. During these 6 years, the Worcester Warriors have maintained their position as a premiership team.

I joined the Tigers academy in 2007 at the age of sixteen. During this time, I was still involved in full time education as well as training in a full time program with training 4 days a week and playing on weekends. During 2 of the 3 seasons I was in the academy, the team went undefeated. Throughout my time in the academy I played for England U16s, U18s and U20s where we won the six nations and were runners up in the final at the U20s world cup in 2011. I received my first team debut when i was 19 years old playing against the Ospreys, I went on to make my premiership debut that same season. Throughout my time at Leicester we won the A league cup twice in which I played in both finals. The Leicester Tigers team which I was apart of won also won the league in 2013. I also spent time on loan at Loughborough RFC and Nottingham RFC gaining valuable experience for my rugby career.
