* Assist in preparation and distribution of the consolidated financial results in a timely manner and review the general ledger activity to help ensure the integrity of the reported financial information. * Prepare journal entries and general ledger postings for the month end close.* Completion of the basic financial statements and coordination of other schedules to be included in the monthly financial package. * Primary accountant for two additional entities within the company.* Review reconciliations, expenses, and prepare the financial packages on a monthly basis for those entities. * Lead the quarterly meeting for both entities, and create the annual operating plan for one of the entities.* Assist with the annual financial statement audit and annual operating plan.* Download and maintain the shipping register and reconcile it to the general ledger at month end. * Use the shipping register information on a daily basis to update the Revenue Forecast for distribution.

* Prepare Accounts Receivable journal entries and reconcile to the General Ledger.* Maintain documentation for financed equipment. This includes updating monthly Lease Report for distribution, track installation and go live date, generating invoices to financed customers, allocating payments from customers and sending payments to the bank.* Review margins on shipments for financed contracts to ensure profitability.* Process commission credits & maintain spreadsheets* Provide backup to the daily invoicing process
