I have been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since March 2019. I have worked in a number of roles including RBT, Lead Therapist, Apprentice, and most recently, BCaBA. I have done most of my training in early intervention, but have worked with clients up to age 12 and I utilize a verbal behavior approach to facilitate communication, social and adaptive skills in children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. I am familiar with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Early Start Denver Model, and EBIC curricula. I have experience working with patients who communicate vocally, using modified ASL, PECS and AAC devices. In my current role, I am responsible for writing treatment plans and assessment write-ups, programming for a caseload of up to 8 patients, training and supervising RBTs, and providing parent training to patient families.
