Perio diagnosis has been updated based on the 2017 AAP guidance.- providing data to machine learning system for analysis and interpretation of digital radiographs for caries, boneless and periodontal disease.

Provide guidance and leadership to School of Dentistry, assisting with accreditation, reporting requirements, curriculum changes, and clinical and business office operational improvements.Migrated to paperless operations and developed the Patient Wellness Report to measure and promote patient outcomes and quality of care. Lectured students on benefits clinical quality measures and appropriate use of electronic health record to assist in patient care. With the implementation of comprehensive care model where patient health outcomes are a key performance indicator, dental students are being educated for future healthcare payment models.

Collaborating with Willamette Dental Group, an Accountable Care Organization providing oral healthcare based in Hillsboro, Oregon, on projects to promote patient quality of care, innovation and operational efficiency.Current projects include:- Implementation of new provider compensation strategy to include quality of care, clinical efficiency and patient outcomes components- As part of Dental Quality Measures grant, develop measures for assessing periodontal health outcome. - Improved use of automated decision support systems for clinical and operational functions

Responsibilities include planning for all software products and services, overall corporate product strategyand leadership of Exan’s Product Management resources and operations. Develops market plans, sales and pricing strategies and roadmaps for all products and services.• Manage product team, including product managers, business analysts and designers• Created business plan and strategy to enter new segment, Dental Hygiene Education. This project involved the creation of a low-cost, “off-the-shelf” version of our product that could be implemented with limited customization, support and training. Created revenue opportunity of $20M with investment of $30K.• Planning and implementation of new web-based enterprise application. Decreased risk and validated decision to incrementally refactor product through proof of concept project.• Formed UI/UX design team to lead the evolution of all products to a new level of usability.
