Process Analyst
Current1. Help Desk for software system end users (staff) assistance/support and troubleshooting, including potential report writing.2. Test and analyze business/program processes (e.g. software implementation or modifications).3. Assist with analysis of software system utilization and enhancements as well as recommend improvements including potential configurations.4. Translate end users requests into specifications for consideration.5. Evaluate vendor modifications or re-configurations for potential implementation.6. Manage Information Technology ticket systems (e.g. Unicentric, ADP Workforce Now, etc.).7. Create written draft processes/procedures for end users and administrators.8. Train end users and administrators on processes/procedures.9. Assist with research, assessment, feasibility, cost reports, proposals, security risks, etc. (i.e. technical and business suitability).10. Assist with implementation and coordination of software system roll-out and/or revisions.11. Assist with the development and management of User Access Control/Permission Authorizations.
