Current• Formulated and implemented defense strategies on behalf of Progressive Insurance and its insureds from intake to conclusion at trial in moderate to highly complex litigation, including matters involving medical and non-medical experts and demands which have exceeded $1,000,000 • Currently undertaking the revision of all pleading and correspondence templates and forms used by Indiana House Counsel attorneys and staff• Contributed as member of the House Counsel National Quality Advisory Board• Knowledgeable of Progressive House Counsel’s procedures/processes and how same are utilized by litigation counsel on a day-to-day basis • Tried at least fifteen (15) cases to a jury
