A little about myself, I work in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years. When I started I was sixteen working a dishwasher job at a country club. For a few years I work in other restaurants where I learn how it really works. In the 2000 I got a job at Applebees as a line cook. 3 years later I got promoted to be a manager. I managed there for 6 years. I left Applebees so I can travel the USA. I ended up in New Mexico for a while where I started working in El Pinto New Mexico cuisine in Alburquerque. I moved back to South Carolina where I got my job back at Applebees. I work with them for 6 more years. I left Applebees to follow a dream of becoming a Chef. So I landed a job where I first started. Yes at the same country club. They did not have the right leadership so I got the food and beverage opportunity. I did that for 2 years when they asked me to be the Executive Chef. so I am in my 4th year as an executive Chef. It shows when you work hard enough anything is possible.
