Until April 2012, Quest Groups' only business was on the West Coast. Made thousands of cold calls to overcome numerous objections from hiring managers and company executives to using outside recruiting resources and succeeded in continuously earning their business. Negotiated, between hiring companies and job candidates, the candidates' compensation, equity, employment start dates, and visa transfers as well as our recruiting fees. Generated and targeted hundreds of qualified software engineering leads from entry level to VP/CTO.Expanded the team and brought on three recruiters to work with me as the market grew and my influence in that market increased. Trained new hires and developed them into high producers for Quest Groups.Achieved over $3M in production in 2+ years while recruiting in competitive social media, ad tech, ecommerce, and financial markets.
