Having 25 years’ experience in the Construction Industry as well as my role as Director I deal with the technical delivery of projects for both private and public sector clients in Sectors ranging from Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Custodial, Education, Retail, Leisure, Office and Domestic developments.Every project deserves a professional service and requires attention to detail which is what we pride ourselves on at Bear Structures.My expertise is in Autodesk Revit / AutoCAD and the production of preliminary and detailed models / drawings. Information is produced in accordance with the Euro Codes / British Standards and Building Regulations. Also regularly attending DTM's and workshops. Undertaking Site inspections. Liaising with Clients, Local Authorities, Architectural Practices, Consulting Engineering Practices, and Construction Companies.I have extensive experience in a range of construction methods namely: Concrete – both insitu and pre-cast, Steelwork – New build frames to refurbishment, retrofit and ancillary steelwork, Loadbearing Masonry, Timber – timber frame and use of structural timber within buildings.In past roles I have been responsible for managing a team of Structural Engineering Technicians as well as successfully working on a number of BIM projects and as BIM Manager.
