High Level COVID Response from Feb 2020Support the commsioning and priorty support of the COVID Incident MAnagement TeamSecure sufficent hardware to facilitate Covid Safe Home Working and Agile Working Late February 2020 anticipate lockdown and mobilise Crisis Teams,dult and Childrens Safeguarding tetc for COVID Safe workingProvide resources and hard ware to support critical corporate services to keep frontline services viable during first wave (Procurement, Finance, HR for Recruitment, Bank and Rostering for Safe Staffing, Estates and Facilities for CoviD secure environments and deliveries, and covid postive testing colleagues requiring equipment in additon to supporting redployed clinical staff Co-Lead on Video Conferencing solutions and support the delivery of 50 instances of Zoom Pro supporting CBT, Group Therapy, Deaf CAMHS, Recovery College etc.Co-Lead on the use of E-clinics to support a more granualr Virtual appointment with screen, sharing, document sharing, real time scoring on assesments and alterntive channels in soution for non-verbal hearing challenged citizens.Support the delivery at pace of Antibody Testing and Covid Vacicination Clinics.Co-Lead and support on the use of Tablets as a Medical Devicce for digitally excluded to enagage in group sessions, one to one virtual appointments, access Mental Health Apps etc.

The role involves the development and management, of a core list of IT equipment requirements across, Both DWMH and BCPFT, involving understanding baseline clinical requirements, which may be multiple, diverse and complex, even within one distinct clinical service area and the subsequent procurement of this equipment. Negotiating with and getting agreement from stake holders on the preparation schedule for laptop and desktop build work packages, developing a plan for build, incorporating complex requirements and delivery of these assets, the management of the subsequent EPR asset register.
