 Led a team of 12 direct reports including coaching, career development and delivering key operational and HR metrics such as labour turnover, training compliance score and internal talent pipeline. Managed multiple department and store restructures, ensuring efficiency improvements and delivering change within agreed time frames. Provided insightful analysis and reporting of HR data for senior management, leading to better decision-making at executive level.
