- Responsible for waving and processing daily orders for multiple clients through different call centers.- Supervising 30-40 employees across five departments.- Overseeing the picking, QC, packing and shipping of all warehouse orders.- Training staff to use various types of machines, QC and order processing software, as well as RF scanners used to pick orders.- Training employees on multiple shipping platforms including, UPS, Fed Ex.
