I am an accomplished Operations Manager who has led multiple organizations through major change while maintaining high employee morale, developing leaders, and exceeding organizational performance expectations.I am passionate about using lessons learned from my experiences to help others grow and avoid some the pain and stress I experienced from learning the hard way. In my career I have made many mistakes and have had to navigate some difficult situations, but I have also been blessed to have worked for and with some amazing people. Through all of those experiences and relationships I grew stronger and more resilient, and I want to share as much of what I have learned with others to help them do the same.
