Ryan Broughton is a Southern California native, who grew up in Anaheim Hills. He entered the mortgage business in 2001 after graduating from California State University of Long Beach as a Communication Major, where he also obtained minor in Music.Ryan has worked for various Mortgage Companies over the years and was the founder of his own Mortgage Company, which he owned and operated from 2006 to 2012. Owning and operating his own small mortgage company gave Ryan the opportunity to wear many different hats. He is well versed not just as a Senior Loan Officer, but he also has a vast experience in processing, compliance, marketing, product research and development, and training. As a loan originator Ryan has closed 1000’s of loan transactions and funded millions of dollars in loans in his career.As a Branch Manager and Sr. Loan Officer with Fairway Mortgage, Ryan and his team continue to bring their high level of experience and service to all their clients. It is the team’s main objective to provide a very communicative and transparent loan experience with all their clients. With over 17 years of experience Ryan has been fortunate enough to experience the good and bad times of the Mortgage & Real Estate markets.
