- Supervise the Channel Support team to ensure orders are handled timely with a 1 hour turn around time- Monitor LiveChat to ensure customer inquiries are answered timely- Conduct quality audits on orders and LiveChats that have been handled to uphold a high quality standard- Provide coaching to team members to promote continuous improvement- Check employee time cards to ensure time entries are accurate- Work cross functionally with other departments to resolve issues- Assist team members with issues that arise - Create training plans for new hires- Conduct monthly meetings with each team member to review metrics and improvement areas- Work with the other Customer Service leaders on Customer Service monthly department meetings- Assist with the Returns and Customer Care team questions/issues when needed- Communicate monthly metrics to the Customer Service Director on a monthly basis- Roll out new processes to the team and ensure they are all up to speed on the process- Coordinate with other team members and the sales team to construct SOP documents- Manage supply inventory for the Imperial Supplies Contact Center
