Working in Reno NV, I led a team of 20+ canvassers that knocked on over 175,000 doors having almost 20,000 persuasion conversations. My duties included recruiting and training that staff focusing on the quality of the conversations to maximize the effectiveness of our persuasion at the doors. We played a role in winning Washoe County and Nevada for Hillary.

As part of the effort to put Gun Safety Reform on the ballot in Maine in 2016 I recruited trained and deployed a team of volunteer field organizers to collect the needed 110,000 signatures to put a question on the ballot for the state of Maine. By working with other organizers and coalition partners I was able to build a team of volunteers and volunteer.

Canvass director for Maine campaign for governor. Hired, Supervised and deployed campaign team of up to 25 canvassers. Coordinated with State level campaign staff on messaging and strategy.

Albuquerque, New Mexico Area, Las Cruces, New Mexico Area, Portland Maine Area

Directed door-to-door canvass for labor related issues. Recruited, hired and trained staff of up to 25 canvassers. Processed payroll and handled duties related to running a busy campaign office. Served as public face of organization at press conferences, rallies, marches and other events.

Canvass director for Nevada campaign for U.S. Senate. Hired, Supervised and deployed campaign teams of up to 50 canvassers.
