Implemented new procedures for quicker turnaround orders allowing for controlled costs, weekly client calls, and updates now as being the largest client of the company securing $7 million in annual profit.

Charged with supervising 120 security guards, concierge, and doormen located at 20 client sites. Successfully coached and monitored employee performance to establish goals and objectives. Clearly communicated company strategy and motivated employees to achieve company vision, implemented methods, practices, policies, procedures, and kept employees informed of changed processes. Developed administrative and statistical reports, work schedules, managed budgets, and made informed decisions to impact the bottom-line. These changes resulted in the account going a year without security incidents and having the lowest staff turnover.Tasked with training new operations leaders and developed real world training materials, classes, and work field strategies for managers entering the company.
