-Serve as the first point of contact / onboarding for teams exploring the U2U chain ecosystem-Identifying synergies between the chain’s natural infrastructure and potential DApps uniquely utilizing U2U chain in a manner -Aid in the curation and acceleration of “super DApps” that could become defining applications within the U2U ecosystem -Work closely with native DApps and builders to develop partnerships and composable feature sets allowing for better collaboration within the ecosystem-Leverage existing networks and the U2U brand to attract the best and brightest builders to the chain, while spearheading U2U deployments for existing blue-chip DApps on other chains.-Collaborate with engineering teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements in accordance to DApp needs, ensuring they align with the overall product vision and strategy.-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain market and competition, and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.-Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvement.-Act as a user & protocol advocate, regularly engaging with users, protocols and other stakeholders to gain insights and feedback on the product-Lead the ecosystem’s business development efforts and identify new oppoturnities for growth-Create and execution of Ecosystem’s business plan and strategies, help support on tokenomic & communities as well.

Ecommerce Project-Be responsibility for commercial plan and marketing plan of BOO’s ecommerce website and other ecommerce platform: Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Sendo.-Day-to-day management of the ecommerce website including: product and content upload, writing product descriptions, site optimization and merchandising-Responsible for the delivery of the online sales plans, and contribute to the regular re-forecasting process throughout the month and year-Create the merchandising strategy for the ecommerce site to ensure key products are featured prominently, and cross-sell & up-sell opportunities are maximized-Identify opportunities for product exclusives as part of marketing calendar for the site; work cross-functionally with other team to bring to market-Ensure necessary content for all on site campaigns is being developed and delivered within set deadlinesDigital Marketing strategy and execute-Plan ongoing new customer acquisition and retention strategies-Daily management of drive new customer acquisition via channels including; PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates-Actively grow subscriber database and drive data capture initiatives within the business
