Promoted from Manager to AMP at the same location. I am also the kitchen manager for our restaurant which involves working with the cooks, staffing, placing orders, and taking inventory of product on hand.

This is a hands-on position. I focus on guest satisfaction and servers and bartenders in the front of the house while also helping the cooks in the back of the house. This job also involves ordering, inventory, staffing, scheduling, and a good working knowlege in both the front of the house and back of the house.

My focus was on the Stewarding department at Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois. My job required good communication with team members and team member conflicts. I also worked on ordering, inventory, staffing, and team member relations.

I was promoted at Hugo's Frog Bar and Chop House from Prep Cook to Line Cook. I worked in the Pantry station focusing on appetizers, salads, and desserts.

I prepared a variety of different foods during the A.M. prep shift at Hugo's Frog Bar and Chop House in Des Plaines, Illinois. I also assisted with the receiving of orders several days per week.

I helped customers find items in the store and explained to them what they needed to purchase and why they will need it to solve their problem.

I cleared tables for the servers, returned glasses to the bar for the bartenders to clean, and cleaned up the room at the end of the event.
