My current role is focused on developing and maintaining relationships with local utility companies, government officials, program implementers/administrators, regional energy efficiency offices, and other entities in the Southeast who are looking to decarbonize through electrification. Through strategic collaboration with these partnerships, our goal is to develop and drive highly effective, simple, and successful rebate program opportunities centered around Daikin’s inverter-driven variable capacity heat pump products. My role also entails supporting the identification, growth and enhancement of sales opportunities by educating channel partners, industry trade allies, and internal team members on active and future incentive opportunities.

In this role I served as the Residential Account Management Lead and HVAC Service Program Manager with ICF supporting Georgia Power's Residential Energy Efficiency programs. As the account management lead, I supervised an account management team that supported program participating contractors and trade allies in their utilization of utility sponsored programs. My role included the following: Oversight and strategy implementation of the team's activities, including but not limited to: Contractor recruitment, contractor outreach & program support, delivering program presentations, multifamily project tracking and forecasting, technical assistance, field support, QA/QC, application processing support and energy modeling reviews.

During this time I served as an account manager for ICF who supported developing and implementing energy efficiency program strategies, specifically for HVAC and Home Performance with Energy Star programs in South Carolina.I served as a liaison between ICF administered energy efficiency programs and program contractors, distributors, manufacturers, trade organizations and client representatives. My responsibilities included contractor recruitment, outreach & support, program presentations, technical assistance, application processing support and energy modeling review.

Provided troubleshooting/technical assistance to students supporting over 50 computers. Assisted and provided support with student advisement programs. Resolved student problems with network options and student-supported programs.
