Involved in the trimming of aircraft, producing flight plans, weather reports and wind charts for flight crews.• Moved to ACS, a sub-company of DHL, part of a small team responsible for the UK & Ireland and the primary focus is to maximise revenue by selling excess space on aircraft. Using ICT architecture to track shipments and update them on delivery status, chased the customs department if there was any issues pertaining to shipments.
