Contribute to the operational health of the AU Service Desk by identifying opportunities and contributing to improvements and/or efficiencies. Post improvement, continue to work with the Service Desk Leaders, supporting the operational health of the AU Service Desk. Tasks include:* Transition In and Transition Out of new and exiting customers* Dashboard and report creation to measure SLAs, KPIs and other metrics in Cherwell, Excel, PowerBI and ServiceNow* Creation and maintenance of new productivity tools using Sharepoint, PowerBI, Power Automate and Power Apps* Process improvement to facilitate lower AHT for Service Desk Agents and/or improved CSAT for customers

Review documents, execution of configuration and design, release management of solutions and appropriate testing of the solution.
