I maintain a statewide, civil defense practice with Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow, P.A.'s Columbia, South Carolina office. I joined SWB after clerking for a judge on the Circuit Court, South Carolina’s court of general jurisdiction. I have represented small businesses as well as regional and national players in the areas of product liability, construction defect, transportation and premises liability. I have tried cases in the state court in South Carolina as well as the United States District Court.
