Financing SMHS in the Medi-Cal system is highly complex and I excel at leveraging revenue from local, State and Federal sources in a braided funding approach, tailored to meet the specific needs of current programs and special projects. I take great care in monitoring the financial health of our operations which includes analyzing the long-term sustainability of emerging opportunities to expand through one-time grant funding.
