Key Skills• Ability to manage and motivate a large team of full time, part time and casual staff.• Develop strategic plan; create goals that drive success across numerous programs.• Setting and achieving KPI’s across a myriad of programs.• Develop and foster strong working relationships amongst all School stakeholders so everyone shares a united vision.• Create new structure’s when required and systems that are best practice for high achieving best results.• Implement new sports programs, improve existing sports programs and introduce an Elite sport program and sport mentor system.• St Catherine’s employer’s representative on numerous committees including the WH&S committeeDirector of Sport and BTC (Beyond the Curriculum) 2016-2019 • Aligned sport and extra-curricular programs by underpinning with safe risk management, cross fertilisation use of facilities and staff and developed the expertise for the head of program staff.• Overall responsibility of performance, safety and strategic planning for Junior and Senior School Sport and K-12 Extra Curricular programs including holiday programs, before/after school care.• Increased HR and budget responsibilities.• Worked with local and NSW government in attaining compliance for certain programs offering opportunities to external children in some of St Cath’s BTC programs.Director of Sport 2010-2015 achievements/skills• Overall responsibility for Risk Management• Budget responsibility over $500, 000 yearly and $500, 000+ again through a recharge budget.• Developed a rowing program from scratch in 2012 initially leasing outside space at Drummoyne RC Rowing was a key initiative area in two strategic plans and in 2015 I was able to successfully win the UTS bay lease . St Catherine’s now rows out of UTS where I managed large capex and operational budget that has come in on budget each year. • Developed the Schools first club, StC Netball club that competes at RNA Heffron, in 2018
