If fraud is confirmed, my job role would require me to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fraud, as well as how the account was compromised. Throughout my time at Lloyds Bank I worked as part of a team setting up a new inbound fraud telephony team. This involved giving feedback to colleagues, ensuring behaviours were in line with company policy, managing any risk which could have presented itself and liaising with managers to ensure the operation ran within the correct timescales and targets. As a checkout team leader, I was required me to maintain KPI's and manage a team of people. I was responsible for making sure all targets for the department were met, in particular queuing times, as well as making sure my team were 100% productive in their job. I would regularly carry out training with my team to ensure they knew how they were getting on, what they were doing well and what needed to be improved.

As a counsellor at ChildLine, I talked to children and young people about a number of topics which ranged from bereavement to suicide.
