Replaced the existing HR/Payroll systen (formerly ADP) to a new HR/Payroll System (Ultipro).Managed development, testing, deployment and training of Ultimate Sofrware - Ultipro. Performed biyearly major functional updates as well as one major release per year of functional changes in addition to the quarterly tax updates.

Initial deployment/update of the Kronos timekeeper system, which included approximately 40 time clocks, 3500 employees, barcode badge deployment, and training to all users.
