•Responsible for daily sales & project management of Jet Utilities, a submeter and utility billing company and Jet Communications•Customer engagement, business development, sales lead follow up•Manage all new projects from start to finish to maintain profit margins and goals established by myself and upper management •Negotiating project bids, estimating project costs, and material/equipment cost•Responsible for creating contracts and bid proposal documents•Maintain project budgets and systems of check and balances to achieve success. Closely monitor project changes, including budget or timeline•Maintaining all exiting RMTS and sub-metered properties; coordinate necessary repairs and upgrades, as well as ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of each site•Handle all ordering, receipts of goods, and verify all parts/supplies/materials needed for each project are accurate in compliance with specifications, and ready in a timely manner•Manage all field technicians, including overseeing daily duties, providing guidance & training, and ensuring compliance with all rules and regulations. Ensure all project staff has all the tools and resources needed to be successful•Train project staff and keep project well organized by coordinating schedules to meet goals
