Ryan is originally born in Miami Florida and has lived in the Kansas City area since 2008. He graduated with his B.A. in Architectural Studies from University of Kansas in Lawrence in 2006. Ryan has been a fitness professional since 2011 and has earned 7 certifications including NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS*D), Certified Special Populations Specialist, (CSPS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT*D). In 2020 Ryan earned the (*D) which denotes Distinction. In 2019 Ryan completed his associates degree in Liberal Arts from JCCC focusing on sciences. When it comes to working with clients Ryan takes a custom approach to motivate, assess, educate and train clients of all ages and health statues in collaboration with healthcare professionals. For Ryan, inspiring a healthy, active lifestyle is a goal for each client he works with. Common programs developed for clients include general strengthening, older adults, running, flexibility, and olympic sport. In the off time Ryan enjoys fishing and watching the Royals, Chiefs, and Jayhawks!
