As the Supply Chain Director at Henry Broch Foods, I am responsible for overseeing the supply chain processes of the business. With over 12 years of experience in supply chain management, I have developed a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, leadership skills and have developed expertise in production & supply planning processes, master scheduling, S&OP, lean manufacturing, and understand the complexities of the food & beverage industry.I hold an MBA with a supply chain emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a CPIM certification from APICS. I also have bachelor's degrees in supply chain management & in German language and literature from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. My mission is to deliver value to Henry Broch Foods by leveraging my unique skills and experiences, by collaborating with a strong cross-functional teams, establishing strong business relationships based on trust and by improving and implementing new processes.
