I'm a dad of three, Founder of Dadfit, former pro cricket player, and a coach, speaker and facilitator. At 26, I ended my eight-year professional cricket career to pursue a career contributing to social change.I founded and led the education-focused charity Batting for Change, before spending two years studying public policy and leadership at Harvard as a John Monash Scholar.I returned to Australia during the pandemic to advise leading organisations as a strategy consultant (McKinsey), policy adviser (Centre for Policy Development), and leadership coach.In 2023 I founded Dadfit, a non-profit organisation challenging male stereotypes to enable safe, healthy, and gender equal families and communities. As CEO of Dadfit, I lead a growing community on a mission to make dadding a team sport.I'm also a coach, speaker and facilitator, supporting people and organisations to achieve outstanding results while nurturing families and communities.I live in Melbourne with my wife and three children, and have an excellent knowledge of Bluey episodes and inner north playgrounds.
